and I manage the team here at SRVA. I am the lead tech VA and have assembled a small but amazing team of handpicked and vetted VA's.

I am passionate about the work we do. Quite often clients come to us not knowing how or simply not having the time to get the tech sorted for their launches.

We know how it is! Having an online business it can be really easy to get stuck into a rut of:

"I can learn how to do that"

"I can do it all by myself"

then, as the to-do list grows:

"I will do that as soon as I have time"

THE TRUTH IS:

In between serving your clients, marketing, development, accounting, strategising there's already a LOT to learn and remember. Let alone maintaining, setting up, researching and using your website and systems. By the time you've learnt how to use your system you are surprised with updates, or a new pricing structure and you feel back at square one!

(Yes, I am leading with a bit of doom and gloom!) but this is the reality.

I have specialised in the tech so you don't have to.

It makes sense and I truly enjoy it.

I love the way that systems now open up possibilities and make so much accessible to most people.

We have managed to recreate set ups that were only possible with custom development before- quite often we are able to find an amazing system that will do exactly what you want or a workaround to get the closest thing possible!

We always strive to be helpful and considerate of your needs. We always provide free advice and regularly support those in the community too.

We've all been in a situation where we've needed pointers or some information. We are active in many online groups and love helping out where we can!

And of course we do this without any expectations- we genuinely love helping people.

We also advise and guide our clients taking into account their business, goals, needs and budget.

We do our best to make sure our service and support is as accessible as possible. We tailor our approach to support you better, with no judgment or fuss.

We take accessibility very seriously- whether that be tailoring our approach for neurodivergent individuals, incorporating accessibility tools, or providing extra support while working with us. We do our very best to make sure you feel supported and taken care of.

We don't believe in a 'one size fits all' method and know that every single client who comes to us is completely different.

HERE'S A BIT MORE ABOUT

I started SRVA (Sara Roddis VA Services) back in 2018 after the birth of my first baby- back then I was an estate agent working 50 hour weeks on average. I knew straight after he was born that I didn't want to work long hours with a young baby.

I was looking for work I could do around my new life and family when the idea of being a VA was suggested to me by a vendor at my job. I had a knack for organisation, and without really realising it at the time- problem solving and tech.

I had the idea of working evenings doing admin and data entry. I set myself up as a VA and advertised.

My first client I landed through Fiverr.com and it was actually for email marketing support. I was of course upfront and honest that I didn't have experience in email marketing which thankfully my client didn't mind.

I set my client up in a system called Mailerlite (a system I still trust and recommend to this day!) and the rest is history. I obsessively learned email marketing, which in turn grew into working with marketing funnels and websites and now also the ever popular all-in-one systems that are on the market. I have a bit of an obsession with techy systems and just love learning about them and using them. It has gotten to a point where the principles that underpin a lot of these systems are very similar. Once you know a couple of website builders (especially if you know Divi and Elementor in Wordpress, which I do!) you get to know them all. Once you've created a few automations, you know that they are really just logical calculations- triggers and actions- no matter what system you use.

As time went on and my business grew I learned that I couldn't continue serving more clients without bringing in some support and so the team grew. I currently have 2 VA's supporting me personally and a wider team of associates who help me support clients on a regular basis. It takes me a long time to get to know, vet and trust each VA in the team so rest assured you are in very good hands if you work with us.

I now run this amazing business from my home office with my husband, 3 children, 5 chickens and 5 stick insects.

My life is very full but so is my heart.
